Things are just a little crazy here this week. There is currently a big dryer sitting in my living room, on my first floor, and it is loud.
You see, Tuesday I got back from running a few errands in the midst of a torrential downpour to discover that our first floor had flooded. The Boy was out of town, so one of my friends came to help me with the initial clean up while I waited for the water extraction people to come. Fortunately, there wasn’t TOO much water, but enough that it will take a few days to get everything back to normal.
Now, I am sitting on my bed, listening to the dryer in my living room downstairs. Hopefully, everything will be dry by the end of the week and I’ll have full usage of my living room back.
It’s just a little crazy here, for now. It should be normal again soon.
